Reviews and Ratings
I had a lovely stay at this hotel. The rooms were great, roomy, with a good view, and close to the city park and Design and Technology Centre. They needed a bit of updating, but overall, they were still nice inside. The service was top-notch and truly lovely, from the soap in the shower to the thoughtful amenities like cutting boards. The location couldn't have been better, with stunning views from the balcony and easy access to parks, downtown, supermarkets, and restaurants. The dining experience was pleasant, with mouth-watering dishes available, and the facilities were well-maintained.
My stay at the hotel was lovely overall. The rooms were large, modern, and comfortable, offering great views over Launceston and the Tamar Valley. The location was excellent, just a 10-minute walk to the CBD, although the Sunday turnaround was a bit inconvenient. Service was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond in customer service. However, there was inconsistency with the 'no smoking' policy, as an ashtray on the balcony led to smoke coming into my room from neighboring guests.
The apartment was a bit cramped for our group of 6 adults, unlike other Adina apartments we've stayed in before. The service exceeded our expectations, with the office staff going above and beyond to assist us. The location was a bit out of the way but still walkable to the city center, and the dining experience was satisfactory with additional charges for certain packs. However, the views were beautiful and the convenience of being close to town was a plus.
